Most everyone that studies abroad will change their eating habits. Sometimes this is a positive development. A North American student that has relied on fast food restaurants and vending machines may not have access to these quick and easy hunger crutches. They may find themselves adapting to their new situation in a healthful manner. Others will respond by not eating enough or by relying on a limited selection of foods. Such a negative change in diet can affect your health & feeling of wellness. Your travel schedule may already submitting your body to stress. Make sure you maintain a healthy diet to assist the body’s immune system fight illnesses.
